Garment is laid flat and measured from seam to seam under the arm hole for the bust measurement then doubled for circumference. Length: is measure from the top centre panel to the hem. Strap length: is take from the body of the dress to tip laid flat untied and can be adjusted for best fit.  All measurements are in CM.
