Purchase Options Cancellation Policy
Chille does not currently offer subscription products or “try before you buy” options.
From time to time, we may offer selected products as pre-orders. If a product is available for pre-order, this will be clearly noted on the product page along with an estimated dispatch timeframe.
If you place a pre-order and need to request a cancellation before your order has been fulfilled, please contact us as soon as possible at info@chille.com.au. We will do our best to assist.
Once a pre-order has been dispatched, our standard Refund Policy will apply.
If there are any significant changes to the expected dispatch timing of a pre-order, we will contact you with an updated timeframe and provide the option to cancel where appropriate.
If we introduce subscription or other purchase options in the future, this policy will be updated accordingly.
