Sharp, comfortable scissors for picking herbs and leafy greens without pulling at the plant.

Most of what comes out of the garden gets picked a handful at a time. A few sprigs of parsley before dinner, a bunch of silverbeet, the outer leaves off the lettuce. These are made for that kind of picking. Long enough to reach in past the outer leaves, sharp enough to cut cleanly through a stem instead of tearing at it, so the plant keeps going and gives you more next week.

The handles are wide and work the same in either hand, with enough room to hold them properly whether you've got gloves on or not.
