2.4L Stainless Steel Food Storage Container
2.4L Stainless Steel Food Storage Container
Couldn't load pickup availability
I take this container with me to the butcher so my meat can go straight into stainless steel rather than coming home wrapped in plastic.
It’s a simple change, but one that removes another piece of single-use plastic from the weekly shop. The 2.4 litre size is generous enough for meat, leftovers and garden produce, without being so large that it becomes awkward to store.
What it's made of
304 stainless steel. Durable, non-porous and widely used for food storage and preparation.
No plastic container touching your food, and no staining or lingering food smells to deal with.
What it's like to live with
This is the sort of container that ends up being used for far more than you first bought it for.
Take it to the butcher or deli and ask for your purchase to be placed straight inside. Use it for leftovers in the fridge, carry lunch, collect produce from the garden or freeze the summer tomato harvest for cooking later.
Stainless steel is sturdy enough for everyday use and easy to wash and use again.
Environmental Impact
Reusable: Designed to replace disposable food packaging and be used repeatedly.
Plastic reduction: Taking your own container to the butcher, deli or food store is one small way to reduce the amount of single-use plastic coming into your home.
Long lasting: Stainless steel is durable and designed for years of everyday kitchen use.

Finding Your Perfect Fit
Finding Your Perfect Fit
To find your perfect fit please measure your body in the following standard areas, usually with a fabric measuring tape is best. Then select your size based on where your measurements fit in our size chart.
Personal Fit Service
If you have any questions or are unsure about your size, please phone (0475 904 715), email or use our online chat and talk to one of our wonderful staff who will assist you with any questions you may have. We understand it's hard to sometimes get the find the right fit and talking to someone who knows the garment, can touch, feel, test and measure it for you can really help close that gap.
Different Types of Size Charts
It's important to note that there are two basic types of size charts, one is based on your body measurements and gives sizes or measurement references to fit a persons body shape. To find the perfect fit for this type of chart you compare your own body measurements with that of the chart allowing a little bit extra for a comfy fit.
The other type of size guide is based on the actual garment measurements as a reference point. The garments are laid flat and then measured at different points. To find the perfect for this type of chart you should do the same with an existing garment that fits you. For example lay the item flat measure at the same points as a guide for comparison, taking material stretch into account. Elasticated items are often measured un-stretched and will normally say so in the notes near the size chart.
How/Where to Measure
Bust Circumference
Measure around the fullest part of your chest & shoulder blades with your arms down.
Waist Circumference
Measure around the narrowest point of your natural waistline.
Hip Circumference
Measure around the widest part of your natural hip line.
Inside Leg
Measure from top of your inside leg (at crotch) to your ankle bone.
HPS or CBL Lengths
Some garments have a HPS (high point shoulder) or CBL (center back length) measurement normally a jacket or top, HPS is from the high point on the shoulder down to the bottom hem of the garment. CBL is from the neck seem to the bottom of the hem.
