Chille — Online Transition FAQ (Early 2026)
Why are you moving to online only?
After nearly 22 years, we’re choosing to slow down, simplify, and focus on what truly matters to us — creating beautiful natural-fibre collections, sharing our lifestyle, and building a brand that aligns more with our values. Going online gives us the space and time to do this with more intention.
What happens next?
For now, it’s business as usual. We’ll keep you updated as we get closer to our 2026 transition and bring you along every step of the way.
When is the physical store closing?
We’ll be transitioning to online only in early 2026. Exact dates will be shared closer to the time, and we’ll make sure everything feels smooth, clear, and well-communicated.
Will Chille still offer the same products?
Not exactly. As we move online, we’re refining our range to focus on our core collections — the pieces that truly represent the Chille lifestyle.
This means we’ll be phasing out surf brands, trend-driven labels, and bulky items that don’t align with our direction or work well in an online model.
Our focus will be on:

What happens to gift cards?
All existing Chille gift cards will continue to be valid online. If you have a card or store credit, you can keep using it as normal.

We’ll be expanding our online support with:
